Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Job Description

In this role candidate will be part of the Front Office team, reporting to the General Manager. Job responsibility will be taking care of the Front Office Operation, Guest Reservation, Guest Servicing. They are responsible for personalizing the service for each guest by handling the welcoming and registration process, communicating the hotel services, and ensuring the guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.


We are looking for a candidate ideally with a relevant degree in hospitality or tourism. In addition we expect a minimum of 1 year work experience in the front office department of a hotel, preferable with the luxury brands.Well-developed communication and customer relations skills should be candidate's strength. A motivated, hands-on and enthusiastic personality would fit both the position and Hotel Asansol International's culture perfectly. Proficiency in English as well as Bengali and Hindi is very important.
