- 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) before check-in date.
- 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check-in date or a No-show.
- In case or successful cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the source bank account; in case of card payment bank details shall be collected from the guest for refund purpose.
- The refund process will take 7-10 working days.
